Providing power to the LBV systems is the Surface Power Supply. The ruggedly constructed aluminum box is compact, safe and versatile. There are two (2) versions available depending on amount of power required in the vehicle.

Located on the Surface Power Supply are:

• Main power switch
• Video signal connector
• Control Console Connector
• Umbilical Connector
• RS232 Connector
• Power cord
• Power LED
• Fault LED
• Circuit Breaker

The design of the Surface Power Supply follows the published and accepted "Code of Practice for Safe Use of Electricity in Water" to protect both those out of the water and in. There are several implemented safety features illustrating again why LBV is beyond the competition. Such features include:

• Isolation transformer
• Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI)
• Residual Current Monitor (RCD)
• Leak detection
• I.P. 64 housing

To allow use internationally the Surface Power Supplies can easily be switched between 100-130 VAC and 170-250 VAC.
